01

ADHD Training Course

I think the course was very comprehensive, and the knowledge test during and after the course was beneficial.

02

ADHD Training Course

Trainers were very knowledgeable and course was delivered in a way that maximize deep understanding of subject matter and retention of information.

03

ADHD Training Course

The 3-day training on assessing and diagnosing adults with ADHD was highly informative and well-structured. It provided a thorough understanding of the diagnostic process, from initial screening to differential diagnosis, and offered practical tools that will be directly applicable in clinical practice. I now feel more confident in identifying ADHD symptoms in adults, differentiating them from other mental health conditions, and using standardised tools effectively. The course has enhanced both my diagnostic knowledge and my ability to communicate findings with clients and colleagues.

Important Information

This training is not an accreditation to practise as an ADHD assessor. There is currently no formal accrediting body or certification framework for ADHD assessors within the UK or internationally.

ADHDinSYNC training programmes are designed to support clinical knowledge, workforce development, and ADHD service education. Completion of training does not independently confirm competency to assess, diagnose, prescribe, or treat ADHD.

Clinicians remain responsible for practising within their professional registration, governance arrangements, supervision structures, organisational policies, and scope of practice.

Training may reference structured screening and diagnostic tools including Barkley’s, Wender Utah, Vanderbilt, DERS, DIVA, and Conners Adult questionnaires. This is not a certification programme for administering diagnostic questionnaires.
