ADHD Assessment & Fees
ADHDinSync provides private online ADHD assessments for adults across the UK.
Our assessments are structured, evidence-based, and designed to help you understand whether ADHD may be present. Where appropriate, you will receive a diagnostic outcome and a written clinical report.
All assessments follow recognised clinical guidance, including NICE NG87 and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.

ADHD Assessment
£500
A full online ADHD assessment including:
- Structured clinical interview
- Diagnostic evaluation (where appropriate)
- Written clinical report with recommendations
Medication Titration
£575
Personalised treatment plan: 12-week titration and monitoring
Includes prescription writing, End of Titration Review, GP treatment letter and Shared Care Agreement request
Review Appointments
£180
Follow-up appointment – £200 (every 4 weeks if required)
Ongoing Care
Private prescription – £25 per prescription if shared care is not accepted.
Medication costs are paid separately to the pharmacy.
Additional Clinical Services
Additional clinical services may be available where appropriate following an ADHD assessment.
